I… Show more Reporting to Digital in Programs Director, I continue to collaborate across organizational units and geographies to integrate digital expertise and strategic thinking into Oxfam's influencing efforts from local communities to the global stage, with a particular focus on human rights in a digital age. Since 2021, my work has been focused on developing a community of practice within Oxfam focused on rights in a digital age, including extensive research, policy development, and advocacy. I regularly coordinate with staff in program management, evaluation, advocacy, fundraising, and communications to increase the overall impact of Oxfam's and our partner organizations' programming and campaigning initiatives in over 60 countries. Other duties include serving as co-chair of the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group; serving on the steering committee of the global Sexual Diversity and Gender Identity Rights Community of Practice, and representing the SDGI/SOGIESC Rights community in Oxfam International's Gender Justice governance group; and serving as chair of Oxfam America's Racial Equity Advisory Council, where I am co-leading Oxfam America's anti-racist transformation process.
