Main responsibilities as Senior Buyer:• Initiate, coordinate and manage procurement procedures for complex Air Traffic Management (ATM) and IT related services and supplies in an international market;• Provide advice throughout the procurement procedures and during contract implementation; • Project buyer Lelystad Airport• Negotiate and close complex contracts and SLA’s with suppliers.Relevant tenders:• ATM machine Lelystad Airport;• Instrument Landing Systems (ILS), Distant Measuring Equipment (DME), Radio Direction Finders (RDF), Surveillance Frontend Pro-cessors (Hardware + Software), Decision Support Tool (ATM software), Tower Simulator (Hardware + Software), Aeronautical Data Access System (ADAS), Circular Office furniture, DAS inhuur LVNL, Cleaning services, PPM tool (SaaS solution).

• Negotiate and close contracts for interim finance projects• Translate insights into a strong business case• Building strong relationships with clients and consultants• Responsible for 30 finance consultant (e.g. performance reviews)• Responsible for hiring new finance consultants• Supporting bid manager with tenders
