CurrentLead internal, partner, and customer enablement processes, producing product enablement digital content and conducting product training and information sessions with internal and external groups.Organized and drive company wide Go-To-Market motions. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and CX teams to ensure customers, prospects, and partners are informed of new features, internal resources are trained, and documentation and training are updated.Act as the voice of the customer while contributing to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap as well as specific features within the product.Author and drive the publication of product and thought leadership content through blogs, videos, and other channels. Deepen the relationship with the developer community by driving the creation of developer specific content and materials.Lead the Customer Advisory Board and Co-lead the Partner Advisory Board - annual gatherings of customers and partners to gather input and feedback from customers and partners, discuss new features, and review the product roadmap.Drive competitor research and analysis to inform product direction, sales strategy, and marketing opportunities.
