Blackball Consulting is a consulting organization that supports 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)4s, community orgs and schools in their efforts to strengthen impact with more intentional systems and processes through strategic planning, advocacy and legislative mapping, and governance audits. Nonprofits have always the nation’s micro-level problem solvers, providing direct social services to communities in need. Working on the front lines, grappling daily with the problems created by systemic inequalities; their strengths are their first-hand grassroots experience.Because nonprofits should be experts in front line care, our work is to build organizational capacity that will improve impact through strategic planning, legislative advocacy planning, fundraising development, board/staff/volunteer development, and general project management.

The support will help address the lack of human resources with the required prerequisites needed to ensure the proper functioning of the association. Leadership for Educational Equity is a leadership development organization focused on developing its members’ leadership potential and inspiring members to become more civically engaged. Leadership for Educational Equity understands the transformational social change we aspire toward requires significant leadership and civic engagement across multiple dimensions over a sustained period of time; we hope to be one source of citizens and leaders committed to ensuring that all children in this nation have the opportunity to attain an excellent education.Manage a team to provide programs and supports to 2500 members across the four civic change pathways offered at LEE: policy, advocacy, organizing, and elected leadership.• Collaborate across the matrix with other national and regional LEE teams to rigorously track and analyze data, design program/project evaluation metrics, create resources, and make strategic shifts accordingly to influence and improve our members' impact.• Support the development and execution of innovative in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences based on internal data metrics and member feedback to build the knowledge, skills, mindsets, and behaviors.• Facilitate member-to-member engagement and networking of policy leaders and other senior leaders through virtual and in-person experiences, including with external partners when possible.• Strategize with internal partners to develop organization-wide recommendations for capturing, tracking, measuring, deepening, and elevating members' individual and collective impact work.

Los Angeles Unified School District created the iDesign Schools to implement innovation and reform in LA's public school system. An original member of iDesign, the LMU Family of Schools is now a university collaborative dedicated to promoting student success and educational equity for the schools in the Westchester community.
