With over 10 years of experience in designing, testing, and optimizing RF systems for wireless communication applications, I am a project manager and an RF engineer at Turk Telekom, the leading telecommunications provider in Turkey. Having PMP certification and a master's degree in business administration, which enable me to manage and deliver complex projects involving cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines.I am passionate about problem-solving and finding innovative solutions to challenging engineering problems. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my professional development and contribute to the advancement of the field. I also participate in WRC forums held in Switzerland every four years with the Turkish delegation, where I share my insights and expertise on RF technologies and regulations. Additionally, I am a startup mentor and a project management trainer at Turk Telekom Academy, where I help aspiring entrepreneurs and engineers develop their skills and achieve their goals.
