Serve as the Business Financial Manager supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO3) Finance Resource Management Division for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA); responsible for managing the “major role/projects”; assisted in receiving, inspecting, verifying, processing, and managing support agreements, IT reviews acquisition, reviewing Military Interdepartmental purchase request ( MIPR), accounting documents, databases, disbursing reports, vendor contracts and payments; prepared and conducted trainings to support Defense Intelligence Mission globally. Performing and maintaining and controlling inspections incompliance with DIA and DoD regulations; managing a budget in excess of $397M, responsible for the morale, health, welfare, and professionalism of 6 joint service members and civilians. Providing technical, analytical, financial, acquisition, and project management support and expertise for the DIA to include full acquisition lifecycle support from requirements to contracting phases, financial management, and project management necessary to ensure the programming, execution, and accounting of program funding. Performing at the GG13 Program Management level. • Provide comprehensive full scope acquisition lifecycle management support services for the Intelligence Community (IC), its partners and stakeholders. Responsible for managing and sustaining the Cyber & Enterprise Operation (CIO-3) acquisition framework, to include financial management, project management, and execution, for information technology services and capabilities. • Facilitate the successful creation and execution for the CIO-3 budget portfolio consisting of over $397M in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) baseline plans for annual congressional review. • Execute the growth strategies by developing actionable account plans and qualifying prospective teaming partners
