Hello Cheshire (HC) specializes in branding and is dedicated to helping clients effectively communicate their vision through strategy, storytelling, and design.

- Lead all digital design efforts for Knit Picks, including emails, web graphics, and social media graphics.- Provide design feedback and guidance across all yarn brands.- Provide art direction and work to maintain brand standards across all platforms.

- Designs 3-4 weekly emails and builds out final design in Klaviyo- Designs site graphics for each 6 week launch cycle, and additional graphics as needed for special sales and promotions- Designs and maintains email “flows” to help guide customers through a meaningful experience with the brand- Works with photo department to create photo assets specifically for digital- Creates new designs and illustrations for merch, such as totes, pins, and stitch markers- Creates and maintains an organized file structure for all digital projects

- Works with department or County staff to develop and coordinate graphic concepts, and researches and determines the priority, method, and materials to be used.- Creates visual materials such as brochures, newsletters, posters, annual reports, and other graphic or visual displays using information supplied. - Designs and develops charts, graphs, illustrations, documents, and other exhibits.- Coordinates, researches, and obtains photographs, artwork, and illustrations. Obtains client approval and coordinates graphic and photo reproduction with service bureaus, printers, and graphics arts firms to produce finished artwork. Gathers cost estimates, oversees production, and reviews completed work prior to acceptance and payment.- Creates multimedia presentations using digital photography, graphics, music, and video.- Maintains an organized system of storage and retrieval for graphics design jobs.- Records and edits audio and video footage for use by County. Develops interactive and other materials designed for electronic website use.- Serves as project coordinator by preparing requests for proposals and reviewing bids.

- Create graphics and illustrations for several lines of bicycle helmets- Extensive market and trend research to guide the colors and themes for each helmet line- Coordinating with the manufacturer and the rest of the product team to ensure that each design is executed as intended- Creating marketing materials that showcase the products and the inspiration behind them- Creating additional graphics for product accessories that coordinate with the bicycle helmet lines, including bicycle bells, apparel and bags- Create and update manuals, safety regulation stickers, hangtags and other miscellaneous print pieces for each product line- Create product templates that help simplify the process of translating a flat print design onto a helmet

- Worked to create effective branding for clients across print and digital platforms- Designed and coded HTML e-mails for clients to send out to their consumer base- Worked on front end web design for clients, and collaborated with a programmer to make the sites as efficient as possible- Illustrated several print designs for various clients, including a magazine cover and ad campaign- Created content and managed Social Media accounts for clients- Created over 200 pictograms for the United States Olympic Committee to use across multiple platforms. Individual sets were created for Winter Olympics, Summer Olympics, Winter Paralympics, Summer Paralympics, and the Pan American Games

- Designed print and digital materials to promote events within the shelter- Worked with the Marketing Team to create effective campaigns. These included advertisements, billboards, digital content and vehicle wraps- Created the branding for sister companies of the shelter, including a pet supply shop- Shot and edited videos of shelter animals to share on social media platforms- Ran and created content for the shelter's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat
