I am a Senior Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Partner with over 15 year's experience, specialising in both agency, RPO and internal recruitment delivery. Throughout my career, I have specialised in technology recruitment and had the pleasure of working for Asia Pac's largest IT recruitment company before changing career direction and recruiting internally for some of Australia’s most well-known organisations. I am currently working with the People Team at UniSuper. It was an easy decision to join UniSuper as their Talent Aquisition Partner managing the Delivery & Information business unit. I am a super proud father of 3 amazing kids (I think they are) so it's comforting to know flexibility and work-life balance are as important to UniSuper as they are to my family and I. For me, being genuine is also a massive part of my work/life ethos, this is mirrored in UniSuper's values of embracing change and empowers me to bring my authentic self to work each and every day. I have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team and some amazing stakeholders, together we are busy building better retirement outcomes for our members and more importantly, having fun along the way.
