Brickless Group has been created with the objective of contributing to the democratization of ecommerce in Argentina, offering the possibility of buying and receiving several brands and products from the United States. TheCocobox.com is its main project, being the first and only Argentines to obtain Amazon's endorsement to operate directly with its marketplace, offering its entire catalog through a cross border system and performing all the logistic process necessary to buy and receive directly in Argentina. I´ve been in charge of the business plan, as well as the technological agreements with Amazon and its subsequent implementation (development, integration, payment and logistics, etc.), branding strategy, social networks, digital marketing, relationship with influencers, customer service and the operation in general from the USA to Argentina.

Responsible for carrying out the initial planning and subsequent execution of the company's main sales channel: Sarkany Dreamstore (offices, technology integration, customer service, billing, logistics, advertising guidelines, promotions, etc.) as well as the administration of the different social networks and digital events of the brand, leading a team of more than 20 people who managed to position the channel as the Argentine fashion brand with the highest turnover in the country.

During this period, I have been part of the team that created the Fashion Commission, being its first director, chosen among the representatives of the main fashion and retail brands in the country. During this process, we worked on teaching and communicating the best practices of eCommerce throughout the country, achieving significant growth in the inclusion of the sector. In the second stage, I kept on working with Mercado Libre executives in the same process.
