Mitchell B. Reiter, Esq. is a partner with Goldberg & Connolly and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Construction Law and Real Estate Transactions Groups.Mr. Reiter counsels his clients regarding complex construction claims and represents many large public contracting clients with claims against New York City and New York State agencies. He has successfully resolved several claims accounting for tens of millions of dollars before the NYC Controller’s office. He also is well-versed with the standard contracts utilized by the New York State Department of Transportation, New York City Mayoral Agencies, the NYC School Construction Authority and the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority.Mr. Reiter also advises clients in various business areas involving insurance coverage disputes and has successfully aided his clients in protecting and informing their rights when their insurance carriers have sought to disclaim or limit the coverage afforded by their insurance policies.
