With a strong focus on mentoring, I empower my team members to take ownership of their work and reach their full potential. Together, we work tirelessly to design, build, and implement systems that are both innovative and scalable. Outside of work, my favorite part of the year is basketball season when I get to coach middle school kids and not only teach them basketball, but more importantly lessons about hard work, dedication, and continuous improvement.
