• Provides expert business, technical and change management consulting to enterprise customers who seek to transform their business with the adoption of an electronic signature and digital transaction management platform
• Manages the complete lifecycle of the lengthiest and most complex engagements and implementations, from initial conceptualization and whiteboarding, all the way to deployment and long-term monitoring and tracking of.
• Subject matter expert in the core DocuSign product as well the more advanced ancillary services such as the APIs, SSO, and integrations with other major systems and software
• Works closely with Product Managers and QA Engineers to provide feedback on product development, and assist with the triage and prioritization of bugs and enhancements.
• Developed and owns the internal training courses and materials for DocuSign’s integrations with Microsoft products, such as SharePoint, Dynamics, and Office 365.

• Oversees the onboarding process for new customers to ensure adoption and customer success, and provides expert consultation on the DocuSign product.
• Serves as subject matter expert for our DocuSign for Microsoft connectors, and regularly works with our engineers and developers to discuss enhancement request and to triage bugs.
• Oversees the API certification process for customers who wish to use DocuSign's API to build custom integrations.

• Oversaw the onboarding process for new clients and properties and provides specialized training to on-site personnel.
• Trains associates in proper charge procedure and lease reading and oversees daily operations of the Compliance department.
• Assisted in the creation and development of our Salesforce account tracking program and is currently the Salesforce Administrator; optimized and customized the program to increase efficiency and scope of applicability.
• Runs customized reports in Salesforce and Latitude that track and monitor property and department performance; submits reports regularly to senior leadership.
• Audits move-out files to ensure that all charges are in strict compliance with the lease agreement, state laws and statutes.
• Works closely with regional managers and regional trainers to ensure that property managers and assistant mangers are informed about proper charge procedure and submission protocol.

• Oversaw daily operations of the Learning Commons; hired, trained, and supervised a staff of seven employees and directed their actions as necessary.
• Managed a budget of $150,000 and gave regular reports to associates regarding budget status and projections.
• Provided staff and faculty with academic and technological support and guidance; gave presentations and one-on-one lectures on current 21st century multimedia tools and how to incorporate them into modern teaching.
• Ordered and kept detailed records of all books, supplies and electronic book and online journal databases, and submitted and kept track of all purchase orders.
• Wrote, directed, edited, and scored promotional videos and screencasts to increase the profile and presence of the Learning Commons and its many resources and features.
