Brian is very experienced having defended physicians and hospitals in over 50 jury trials in both Federal and County courthouses throughout Pennsylvania. He also represents physicians in licensing matters before the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine as well as in Arbitrations and countless Mediations. A frequent lecturer to physician groups on risk management issues and a Fellow in the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He has been honored as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the area of "Medical Malpractice-Defense" since 2009 and is a former Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh.
