The team is responsible for maximizing the impact of ING Branches and Service Points based on fact-based reporting and pro-active in-depth analysis and advice. In addition, the team is responsible for optimizing the (local) planning of all Financial Coaches and making sure that the locations of our physical network are continuously optimized.We provide Leads and Advisors of the ING Branches and Service Points with the insights to drive and improve performance and sales every day. In addition, we provide insights to optimize customer processes and the locations of our physical network. As part of Business Development and Continuity, we are jointly responsible for strategic development and maximizing efficiency and (commercial) results.

As a Process Expert within the Global Process Management team, I execute projects to enable easy, uniform and digital processes for ING. We are part of a community ~150 process experts in ING across 12+ countries . We set global standards and designs, executing and implementing process improvements as well as increasing the process craftmanship across ING. We are an international team of around 50 smart and ambitious people coming from different backgrounds, who are driven to make impact for ING.

Researching the possibilities of real-time data driven flow management within the outbound passenger flow at the airport. Propose to enable an proactive flow management style for the airports' security filter that focuses on issue prevention by means of a real-time decision-support model. The decision-support model is three-fold and provides the decision makers with a real-time three hour ahead forecast of passengers that will arrive at the security filter, an expected waiting time for the 12 time intervals of 15 minutes within these three hours and finally the model suggests actions that the decision makers can take to mitigate upcoming exploding waiting times.
