Scope of responsibilities:• Reporting to the Board, leading the team of ~600 FTEs in Capital Group o/w ~260 in PKN ORLEN, managing annual spend of up to 4 bln Euro.• Permanent member of Investment Committee, approving all investment projects above 250k Euro, incl. M&As.• Sourcing categories: CAPEX, OPEX, DIRECTS, INDIRECTS plus “back office” (P2P systems, orders and invoices handling, warehouses management).• Ownership of organizational standards for ORLEN Group: procurement processes (maps, RACI, KPIs), relevant procedured/instructions and IT tools, org structures, power of attorney rules, etc.;Achievements:• Implementation of key standards for ORLEN Group: Procurement Instruction, Strategic Category Management Procedure and Supplier Assessment Procedure;• Savings (negotiations and other optimization projects) of over 100 mln Euro;• Updating maps of contracting processes for 13 key sourcing categories, including RACI matrixes and KPIs;• Implementation of QlickView – IT tool of business intelligence class;• Development of sourcing strategies for first 5 key sourcing categories: EPC projects, technical documentation (engineering services), catalysts, fuel additives, non-fuel products distribution.

Scope of responsibilities• Reporting to CPO, leading the team of ~40 FTEs, managing annual spend of up to 1 bln Euro.• Categories: DIRECTS (biocomponents, chemicals), and OPEX (services, materials, MRO).Achievements:• savings of ~10% y/y vs budget for MRO;• improved purchasing process automation, frame agreement factor increased from ~30% to over 90% for chemicals, from ~5% to almost 40% in technical materials and spare parts, almost 100% for biocomponents and infrastructure maintenance services;• introduction of category management;• (internal) customer satisfaction improvement in three consecutive years (65%,70,5%, 73%);• strong employee engagement improvement (measured with Gallup’s surveys) and significant reduction of unplanned rotation within the team.
