As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) I am responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of First Federal Bank’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Banking Officer (CBO), my primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.

RESPONSIBILITYAs Creative Services Manager, I was point of contact for the creative services team and is responsible for direct contact with the client. I lead the creative services team in regards to the creative and multi-media aspects of the project to ensure all branding, digital communications, visualizations, and public relations objectives are met and coordinates resources as needed. It was my responsibility to establish and maintain a high level of quality, performance and professionalism amongst the entire team. I was also responsible for overseeing the direct day-to-day supervision of all creative subcontractors to ensure the project team’s commitment to management of cost, schedule, and quality is maintained and that project goals are met or exceeded. The positive and creative attitude I set forth paralleled the Cianbro Team policies and reflected the professionalism of the entire Project Team and Cianbro.EXPERIENCE17 years of creative design and multimedia experience on a variety of projects, including proposals, powerpoint presentations, project visualizations, interactive media, digital communications, video production, event planning, storyboarding, digital rights management, project communications planning and graphic design, as well as the lead on several large open house event projects. Additionally, I am experienced in the project development phase and permitting, pre-construction, project kick-off, construction phase project documentation, and project close-out on projects ranging from $100,000 to $2.5 Billion.
