Michael has been married to his wife Debbie for 31-years and is a dad to 4 amazing children (Isabelle, Grace, Thomas and Sam, and son-in-law Alec and one grandson!). Michael has built Broussard Properties from one property into a thriving business that now has over 25 properties in the portfolio. In addition, in 2014, Michael helped launch Turnkey Vacation Rentals into a national brand in the vacation rental sector. Michael was their first General Manager & Sales Director in an expansion market and he helped Turnkey prove concept to the investment community. Michael worked in 20 different US states for Turnkey. Turnkey was sold in 2021 to Vacasa for $614 million in cash and stock. Michael built the Turnkey brand in Park City to the largest operation (300 vacation homes) and highest revenue producing market ($20+ million annual revenue) when the transaction closed with Vacasa. Michael served in an interim role there and then joined AvantStay in Oct of 2021. Michael managed the Park City area and Austin, Texas markets for AvantStay until September of 2022. Michael has closed over 1,000+ vacation rental management contracts in his sales career.
