The NetWORK was established to promote business growth within the north of England, it allows business owners to form valuable connections and gain support when needed. Since its inception, the NetWORK now spans from Middlesbrough to Northumberland. NetWORK NotWORK is a community initiative that utilises a friendly, informal, fun, and educational approach to support socioeconomic development. Our social mindset aims to support the physical and mental well-being of its members by creating supportive connections in each local community.

- Commercial videographer and Editor- See Film projects through from the inception to handing finished edited product to client.- Work autonomously for long standing clients, where I am trusted to use my creative input into their projects. - Involved in the filming and editing of 100+ weddings per year.- Ensure all videos adhere to CARRO consistency and visual coherence.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, ensuring deadlines within a wedding day remain on time.- Design logos and business stationary using Photoshop and Illustrator.- Film, edit and create content for the NHS and Spread the Happiness TV.- Take ownership of projects from conception to final delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Create animations and graphics for various commercial clients.Use of Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere and other programs within the Adobe Creative Suite, Use of equipment includes: RED Komodo Digital Cinema, Black Magic, GoPro, Canon R6 & R3, DJI Mini Pro3 and lighting equipment.

Some events organised include: Comedy night, race night, bungee jump off Middlesbrough Transporter bridge and a 100KM bike ride from Newcastle to Middlesbrough.
