∞ Managed all day-to-day operations for the $6B+ SFO; oversaw domestic and international property, expansive art collection, aircraft, all personal bill paying, domestic help, household personnel and event planning; built office from 3 FTE to 40+ FTE.∞ Identified and assisted with the selection of and evaluating the on-going performance of third party advisors and consultants, including investment advisors, estate and tax planning advisors, accountants, insurance agents, legal counsel, bankers, master custodian, IT providers and others.∞ Implemented and documented the on-going assessment of the adequacy of the SFO’s financial reporting and internal control procedures and processes to ensure transparent, efficient, effective, complete, timely and accurate reporting.∞ Led the annual budgeting and planning process for the SFO entities and the individual family members—including tax liability projections and cash management.∞ Managed SFO’s $2B+ O&G holdings in Fields & Shales.∞ Managed strategic relationships with Marathon Oil, Shell Global and Chevron Corporation.∞ Managed Lestis Private Equity Group, a subsidiary of the Single Family Office with 14 FTE; directly oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company; managed and deployed $250mm+ in private equity for the joint-venture development of utility-scale wind power plants in Texas, Oklahoma and Hawaii; orchestrating JVs with Texas and Oklahoma based LPs.∞ Managed Epplament Energy, a subsidiary of the Single Family Office with 23 FTE; directly oversaw the day-to-day operations company; managed and deployed $300mm+ for the development of utility-scale power plants utilizing wind, run-of-river and solar power plants as well as transportation assets (vessels, trains, etc.).
