Worked on and maintained several microservices that were a combination of customer facing and internal consumers of these API our team owned. This included:- Addressing bugs and enhancements in the core microservices that were written in GO- Maintaining all clusters that were hosted in AWS, using EKS, and all the Terraform and deployments associated to these environments- Looking into ways to reduce cost, for example moving to Graviton instances- Looking into ways to address vulnerabilities before they become an issue, for example, setting up Grype actions on the GitHub repos. - Continuing to look to future solutions, and how we can move services into things like Delta Live Tables in a Data Lake using Databricks.

Support FlexNet Manager Suite on premises and cloud solutions. Responsibilities include:- Troubleshooting customer, and leading to a resolution. - Diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows Servers hosting the application - Querying the SQL databases associated with the product - Diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows, Linux/Unix , and Mac clients running our inventory agent - Gathering, reviewing, and identifying issues in logs from our application(s) as well as, SQL trace files, IIS logs, Windows Event Viewer, and more - Diagnosing and resolving issues with 3rd party integrations. This can include Citrix, VMWare, Hyper- V, SCCM, SAP, SAML (Okta and other IDPs), IBM Cognos, AWS, Azure, custom SQL and PowerShell adapters, and more - Working with development teams to identify bugs, enhancements, and working towards a resolution for customers. - Maintain personal and shared test environments. This includes: - Managing VM's in Hyper-V - Maintaining Windows Servers hosting our application - Maintaining Windows SQL servers hosting application databases - Maintaining Active Directory for my test domain - Maintaining client VMs running our inventory agent. This included Windows and various Linux distros - Setting up new environments as needed- Mentor team members, and assist them with any issues. This is done either on a one-on-one basis, or part of our swarm process we adopted/created to have a more Agile support department. Provide training through live sessions, as well as recorded videos. - Write and provide SQL and/or PowerShell scripts to aid in troubleshooting. - Write and update internal and public knowledge base articles.- Participate in discussions, and provide answers on our community forums. - Provide ideas to improve our processes.

Second tier technical support. Handle escalated cases, reproduce issues and submit to the development team, write and manage KB articles, as well as various other tasks.

First tier technical support. Answer phones, handle cases, escalate cases to higher support tiers as needed
