Duties: My main priorities were to focus on interaction and relationships of four essential phases of curriculum development process: (I) Planning, (II) Content and Methods, (III) Implementation, and (IV) Evaluation and Reporting. I also focused on creation of overall course blueprint, mapping content to learning objectives, including how to develop a course outline and build the course. Each learning objective was met with assessment strategies, exercises, content, subject matter analysis, and interactive activities. As a Program Manager, I also followed certain techniques to meet student learning experience (mentioned below under Teaching experience). I was also involved in planning course curriculum, offering the course to faculty members every semester, prepare course portfolio, recommend adjunct Faculty members for teaching, student academic issues, track student performances and provide references, advising students and interacting with parents as needed, ensure appropriate offering of courses to every student based on the program requirements, participate as a member of Academic Committee and other internal Committees for Department/University. The main objective was to I make sure that all courses are supplied according to standards that have been established by coordinating the work of other people.
