I have about 20 years experience working in the field of intellectual property protection, and before that worked for several years in the pharmaceutical industry having both R&D and management posts. My technical background is in chemical engineering with a PhD in organic chemistry, and I have qualified both as a Certified Danish Patent Agent and a European Patent Attorney. I have been a member of the EC-II exam committee for the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) since 2013 and a court appointed expert to the Maritime and Commercial High Court since 2016.I have been in private practice since 2008. Apart from my normal duties as a patent attorney, I conduct various types of search-based analyses for our clients such as landscape analyses, invalidation searches, freedom-to-operate opinions etc.Specialties: Pharmaceutical litigation.
