About Mike Sullivan

Mike Sullivan is an accomplished independent board member and senior executive best known for leading enterprise-wide transformation. Throughout his career he has consistently over-delivered results through high learning agility and driving organizational change at speed. He brings multiple perspectives from his work leading transformation, serving the board as corporate secretary, leading culture and change as a public and private CHRO, and driving growth as the leader of a new product incubator. He has successfully leveraged his breadth of experiences and is now excelling as an independent director for two organizations with major impacts on business transformation, succession planning, executive compensation, and corporate governance.During his six-year tenure at publicly traded Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POST), Mike led the enterprise transformation for its largest operating company, Post Consumer Brands. Under Mike’s leadership, the transformation delivered $60M of EBIT contribution while ensuring behavioral change across the most critical enterprise-wide and end-to-end business processes. Mike was also a key executive leader of the integration of private and family-owned MOM Brands ($800M) and Post Cereal ($900M operating company of POST) which significantly over-delivered the synergy target. As Corporate Secretary of MOM Brands, Mike partnered and effectively built governance processes with the Board Chair, the Compensation and Governance Committees, and Shareholders.Mike understands and contributes to the dynamics of effective boards.
