Assistant To Human Resources Director
CurrentAdministrative Support:- Assist the HR Director with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the HR Director.- Organize and maintain confidential HR files and records.Recruitment and Onboarding:- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist with the recruitment process.- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.- Support the HR Director in addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.HR Data Management:- Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes.- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR operations.
