With several years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven leader in the architecture and engineering industry. As the Chief of Staff at Bancroft Architects + Engineers, I support the CEO and the executive team in developing and executing the strategic vision, goals, and initiatives of the organization. I have a strong background in communication, team building, and organization skills, which I leverage to foster a collaborative and innovative culture at Bancroft. I am also a member of Chief, a private network for women executives, where I learn from and connect with other inspiring and influential leaders across different sectors and domains.In addition to my role at Bancroft, I am an advisory board member at ESCO (Elite Soccer Community Organization), a non-profit organization that provides soccer programs and scholarships for underprivileged youth in the Chicago area. I help shape the mission, vision, and values of ESCO, and advise on fundraising, marketing, and community engagement strategies. I also have a background as an avid triathlete and am a USAT-certified coach, with multiple qualifications for the USA Triathlon World Championship. I enjoyed competing in challenging and rewarding races, and have shared my knowledge and experience with other athletes. I believe that sports and fitness are not only good for physical and mental health, but also for developing resilience, discipline, and leadership skills.
