I led the migration to industry-leading learning platforms, significantly reducing costs and improving user satisfaction by simplifying learning access. My pilot projects in mobile learning and microlearning set new benchmarks for engaging and effective employee training, particularly for retail partners.While I was with DocuSign, where I took a strategic role in field enablement supporting DocuSign University, the company learning portal.
