My role involved intense collaboration with technical and HR leadership to overhaul learning management systems, significantly enhancing field and partner training effectiveness.My journey continued at Starbucks, where as Senior Manager of Global Learning & Development, I spearheaded digital learning initiatives that blended innovative practices with practical solutions. I led the migration to industry-leading learning platforms, significantly reducing costs and improving user satisfaction by simplifying learning access. My pilot projects in mobile learning and microlearning set new benchmarks for engaging and effective employee training, particularly for retail partners.While I was with DocuSign, where I took a strategic role in field enablement supporting DocuSign University, the company learning portal. Here, I designed and launched learning programs that not only supported but drove growth for many of DocuSign’s customers. My efforts have directly contributed to the substantial growth of DocuSign's revenues, highlighted by the successful launch of a subscription service that exceeded revenue targets within its first year and drove learner engagement. I also began design and development of a DocuSign University Gen AI Agent to support DocuSign customers searching for the appropriate and relevant training.
