Current• Supporting multiple teams to work better together in team spirit, Continuous inspection of their process, tools and collaboration to help better delivery of their forecast and building of satisfactory products to the customers. • Feedback cycles are very crucial. How short the loop is determines the success we can have with what we are doing. Thus, I ensure customers/stakeholders are involved often and information is accessible which prompts quicker feedback. • Supported the product owner and solution architect with managing and scheduling the project roadmap, managing multiple work streams and conflicting priorities. • Educate and reinforce scrum framework and agile methodology to team members and key stakeholders. • Working with Client executives at CXO Level and serving as a trusted advisor focusing on Agile transformation / coaching programs across the Industry verticals. • Light touch leadership that employed a highly collaborative approach to guide people without controlling them but employing authority when the situation required. • Facilitates the scrum ceremonies. • Managed all scrum boards (Virtual and physical). • Improved transparency within the team while building a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in a healthy way without fear of blame. • Empowered the team to make system and process improvements captured in sprint retrospective meetings. • Engaged with fellow Scrum Masters to identify opportunities for improvement across delivery processes. This helped us drive change at the organization level and kept a consistent progress. • Managing stakeholders' expectations and team's forecast/sprint health is essential to success. I ensured the team has access to the stakeholders for insights and support by giving them view only access to backlog, team have their contact details or know where they are seated if co-located and involve them in relevant events.
