Monitored paramedic performance, analyzed data, identified new hires and certification process gaps and implemented a multidisciplinary certification approach, increasing the candidate success rate by forty-seven percent (47%). Shared costs and resources reduced spending by fifty-three percent (53%) per candidate. The improved process nearly eliminated third-round testing. These processes were applied to both Primary and Advanced Care Paramedicine Portfolios under my management.QA & CQI Initiatives: Developed and promoted a safety-first QA program by coordinating investigations and reviews of paramedic practice. Tailored QA filters to provincial standards and medical directives, reducing overall auditing by sixty-three percent (63%) and improving turnaround times. Ensured adherence to best practices and identified gaps through a feedback loop to education initiatives.
