These processes were applied to both Primary and Advanced Care Paramedicine Portfolios under my management.QA & CQI Initiatives: Developed and promoted a safety-first QA program by coordinating investigations and reviews of paramedic practice. Tailored QA filters to provincial standards and medical directives, reducing overall auditing by sixty-three percent (63%) and improving turnaround times. Ensured adherence to best practices and identified gaps through a feedback loop to education initiatives.
