QA & CQI Initiatives: Revised quality assurance processes to better align with provincial standards and medical directives, reducing duplicity and redundancy, resulting in a substantial decrease of thirty-two percent (32%) in the overall number of audits requiring a review. With the introduction of an upgraded platform, additional parameters can be implemented to decrease call audits further.

Shared costs and resources reduced spending by fifty-three percent (53%) per candidate. The improved process nearly eliminated third-round testing. These processes were applied to both Primary and Advanced Care Paramedicine Portfolios under my management.QA & CQI Initiatives: Developed and promoted a safety-first QA program by coordinating investigations and reviews of paramedic practice. Tailored QA filters to provincial standards and medical directives, reducing overall auditing by sixty-three percent (63%) and improving turnaround times.
