Being in charge of IMS domain, Providing E2E Voice services for VoBB for B2C & B2B IMS networks related tofollowing areas but not limited to: VoBB Solutions / configurations changes implementations for residential & business customers. Implementation of Network design change in LLD/HLD & new charging profiles. Day to day voice related issues handling & alarms handling for MSC Msoftx3000 & IMS nodes. New Software release/patches by vendor.Handling following IMS network nodes at Awasr Telecom: Huawei ATCA based MSoftx3000, UMG8900 & HSS9860. Huawei ATCA based IMS including CSCF3300, ATS9900, SBC2900, U2000, MRP6600, and SPG2800.Coordination with other teams for integrations / troubleshooting / new features: Omantel & Ooredoo for interconnect related issues over SS7. Access team for ONT/OLT/IAD/PBX devices. IN/OCS/Billing/IT team for charging, billing and provisioning issues respectively.Major Protocols & Interfaces: SIP/RTP/TLS/Diameter/SIGTRAN. H.248/SS7/ISUP/M3UA. Gm/Cx/Dx/Sh/Dh/Rx/Rf/Ro/ISC/Mw/Mx.

Handling IMS (VOLTE / VOBB) & voice core nodes, Oracle DSR (DRA), Genband Nextone, Acme SBC, Net-number CRE, UMG8900, Mavenir EIR etc.Providing E2E Voice test services for Etisalat Technology Labs for VOLTE & VOBB IMS Core network including below: • Creating call flows / signaling scenarios / replicate live network issues• eSRVCC/CSFB/MO_Anchoring/MT_Anchoring/roaming and different supplementary services testing• Signaling & protocols related test including SIP/Diameter/ISUP/MAP/CAP/CAMEL/SIGTRAN/RTP/SRTP.• Execution of Regression test for new software release / hardware in network.• P/I/S-CSCF,ATCF/ATMG,MGCF,AGCF,AS traces analysis for Cx/Dx/Sh/Dh/Gm/ISC/Mw/Mx/Rf/SGi and other interfaces.• Mavenir EIR testing for different scenarios with CS/PS networks.• Automation Testing using Corba / TL1 /Soap-UI and different tools. • Reports for prepared Test plans, record observations / issues & test results.• Peer Route Table / Application Route table / RBAR/FBAR/Mediation related testing at Oracle DSR (DRA).• Session-Agent/Session-Group/local-policies etc related testing for Oracle Acme SBC Net-Net 4000.• Implement and test new voice services and design updates to voice core network in technology lab. • Drive integrity of test output to ensure the solution complies with operational readiness standards.• Develop Test Strategies / profiles using the Exfo QA-805 Core voice Tester and Sprient Land-Slide Tester.• Evaluating the Core related PoC (Proof of concepts) testing on behalf of Etisalat Technology lab.Coordination with other teams for integrations / troubleshooting / new features:• EPC team for S/P-GW – PCSCF, Gm/SGi interfaces.• IN/OCS team for charging profiles, verification of CDRs and Ro/CAP interfaces• PCRF team for policy & charging rules verification for VOLTE and Rx inferfaces.• Marketing / demand management for new features discussion / feasibilities / scenarios.
