As HR Analyst, Madison is responsible for all aspects of HR systems from a super user perspective. In addition to being a liaison between end users and IT support, Madison assists in the design and creation of reports and business rules to support the Human Resources, and Health Safety & Wellness teams.

Madison supports the Human Resources department at the Peterborough Regional Health Center through a variety of projects and activities including pre-screening, skills testing & reference checks for new talent, booking interviews with clients & candidates, and facilitating on-boarding & exit interviews.

Madison supervises temporary Associates currently on placement, and provides coaching and counselling where needed. She maintains good relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identifies new opportunities to promote Adecco's services.
