Ball Corporation manufactures sustainable aluminum products for beverages and technology. Our footprint covers packaging, aerospace & tech, aerosol, and aluminum cups. I am responsible for the creative and strategic direction of global recruitment marketing, and employer branding. This involves strong collaboration with Global Communications, Marketing, and D&I teams to support the attraction of diverse talent pipelines and ensure our candidate pool is expanded through effective attraction strategies and action.

Inaugurated the employer branding strategy. Duties included development and execution of all strategies, optimization of content, reporting, and measuring analytics. Worked closely with Recruiters, Employee Engagement and Onboarding to develop collateral and strategies. Marketing collateral included videos, brochures, social media posts, job ads, internal employee interviews, employee handbooks, benefits overview, observation month collateral, training materials, PDF, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
