Director, Revenue Strategy And Analytics
Current• Provide critical leadership and support through strategic planning, analytics development, and tool implementation to aid business growth, decision-making, and achievement of key performance indicators for the entire revenue cycle • Coordinate all phases of the development of the business intelligence platform for the revenue cycle and will serve as a critical liaison between internal operational leaders, business development leaders, finance leaders, and external payors and vendors• Overall responsibility for the strategy, design, and delivery of information required to make key business decisions, monitor/measure performance, and fulfilling GMR reporting and analysis needs• Responsible for maintaining, explaining, and defending the credibility of the data delivered through the business intelligence platform and Excel reports.• Revenue cycle dashboard report design creation, implementation and ongoing training• Operational key performance indicator strategy and reporting• Participating in key operational meetings• Serves as primary leader for Data Management and Power BI development team• Provides extensive 3rd party payor analytics and strategy support, to include:• Deep dive of commercial payor behavior over a 30+ state footprint• Commercial contracting strategy and analytical support• Government payor analytics and trending• Payor Mix shifts and trends• Develops analytics to identify and manage the best and worst performing business units• Develops analytics to assist senior operational leaders with new base greenfield growth opportunities, which includes payor mix, net revenue per trip, base profitability, etc.• Assists with 3rd party vendor management analytics and operational support, including:• Account placement tracking, reconciliation and strategy
