Over seventy participants from industry, NGO’s, and government agencies were in attendance.- Revamped procedures to streamline meetings into a RACI chart format and created a more efficient meeting structure that allowed for greater productivity within meetings by increasing visibility of who owns what topics, and for how long each item was to be discussed.- Devised a system for email and task management that enabled me to come up to speed rapidly.-Organizational skills and innovative problem solving have been praised for saving time, maintaining clarity of group objectives, and for being efficient.
