Coordinated stakeholders to organize meetings, draft agendas and minutes, followed up on action items, prepared, monitored, and updated seven figure budgets, invoiced accounts payable and receivable, and liaised with other task forces, companies, and government agencies.Select Accomplishments:- Collaborated with stakeholders and colleagues to organize the FSAC Dermal Sensitization Workshop on New Approach Methods in September, 2023. Over seventy participants from industry, NGO’s, and government agencies were in attendance.- Revamped procedures to streamline meetings into a RACI chart format and created a more efficient meeting structure that allowed for greater productivity within meetings by increasing visibility of who owns what topics, and for how long each item was to be discussed.- Devised a system for email and task management that enabled me to come up to speed rapidly.-Organizational skills and innovative problem solving have been praised for saving time, maintaining clarity of group objectives, and for being efficient.
