Working with appropriate parties to gather and scope the requirements, propose solutions to best deliver and meet business/customers goals.Implementation Analyst/Project manager: Responsible for delivery of postilion/ACI based solutions for high number of different tier1/2/3 retailers both in and out of South Africa. Projects are taken from analysis and scoping all the way to testing, certification, pilot and rollout stages. Below are some of the projects that I have been involved:1. P2PE solution – one of the first P2PE solution implementations to be successfully rolled out in South Africa using Verifone Vx820 devices.2. Delivery of number of different postilion-based solutions for number of different clients. This includes working with all the big acquirers, suppliers, POS vendors, PED vendors and clients.3. Delivery of number of different postilion solutions in Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Malawi, Ghana, Uganda, Zambia. Working with all the big acquires and their infrastructure providers.4. Involvement and understanding of reconciliation, file movement processes and reporting.5. Ability to advise and give input on what is required for a merchant to use an appropriate payment solution to best meet their business goals.6. Project managing and implementation of P2PE compliance upgrades for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, Postilion System Environment Upgrade projects all the way from kick off to successful implementations. 7.
