She managed a full compliment team of global HR and talent professionals in Atlanta, GA and London, UK. Specific focus on global communication and change management as part of the IBM acquisition in May 2014. In early 2010, Michelle began focusing on fully scaling the HR business capabilities of the Silverpop team due to high growth and shifting market strategies. Initially recruited in late 2008 to set a long term talent development and people brand strategy for this high growth SaaS leader. Core HR and Talent program areas include: talent acquisition & selection, on boarding, workforce planning, org design, performance management, sales compensation, executive and employee compensation, leadership development, learning and retention.
