I also supervise a staff of 30 Red Cross certified lifeguards through tasks including scheduling and monitoring staff interactions with members. Additional tasks include the management of aquatic safety, swim lesson and swim team programs, communicating with members daily in order to ensure a safe and positive experience for all, implementing a safety program for summer season including testing pool water, ensuring health department code compliance, and staying up to date with lifeguard certifications.
