CurrentI began my sales and marketing career 20 years ago in a International Trading Company, developing a business plan and sales strategy for the ceramics market ensuring attainment of company sales goals and profitability, preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects to penetrate in new markets.Now, as Managing Director of Product, Sales and Marketing, I work alongside my team to oversee product management and support capabilities – and to strengthen them wherever possible. This really goes to show the commitment that the Group has to developing new business streams and new ways of working. In my experience, customers are always demanding new and more sophisticated and flexible solutions, for a wide range of issues, so it’s down to my team and I to understand these needs and, through a holistic, supportive approach to our work, forge stronger product partnerships. This sort of commitment to innovation is typical at Key Group, and because of that – along with the fact that hard work is always recognised and rewarded – I’ve been lucky enough to receive various industry accolades on behalf of the work myself and my team have done, and it’s fantastic to get recognition for a job well done.
