I'm an IT Service Desk Analyst with over 6 years of experience, and more than 10 years of total work experiences in different fields.As a Service Desk Analyst, My responsibilities are assisting end users with their IT requests, incidents, troubleshooting, and other IT related matters, including user account creation, termination, modifications and access related requirements. I also create knowledge base articles for the users, and also for other future references that we may use. To perform the above responsibilities, I am using my knowledge and skills in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, PC troubleshooting, Networking, VPN, Citrix, Telephone Systems, Microsoft Office, Other software licensing etc.I have broad technical knowledge that goes along with my years of experience that I hope I could use and share. I am a good team player, A hardworker, and together with the forementioned qualities, I also have good customer service skills.I am open for opportunities which would give me a chance to move up to a new position.
