- Created an internal certification program for employees seeking skill enhancement, recognition and eligibility for career advancement. - Developed a Mentoring Program to develop and provide meaningful professional growth opportunities. - Conducts needs analyses, designs and develops various learning solutions which may include curricula, certification processes, performance support tools and job aids, instructor led training, web based training, blended learning programs, meeting facilitation, etc. - Researches internal/external vendors and products for integration into training programs and plans. - Acts as vendor relationship manager to ensure quality, timeliness and cost standards are met. - Acts as project manager to create, manage, and monitor learning project plans and budgets for assigned business area. - Creates, monitors, analyzes and reports metrics to measure impact of training activities. - Facilitates training programs, evaluates training programs and provides training program feedback to trainers and management. - Approves resource allocation and training budgets. - Leads development, coordination and distribution of training and/or certification materials and communications.
