Responsible for all aspects of sales in snow sports industry for the biggest territory in the country. Worked year round to build the business including managing sub reps, budgeting for trade shows, regionals show and year round shop visits, monthly and annual forecasting & strategic planning. The job also included local sponsorships, partnerships and brand placement throughout the territory.

Was part of the Executive Management team at Tecnica/Volkl in the USA. Responsibilities included full time promotional program management, high level NGB athlete sponsorship negotiation and contracts, corporate partnerships, special make up product development, managing P&L sheet and in charge of all pro employee logistics.

In charge of competition service for the USA. Worked with athletes of all ages to secure the best products for their highest potential. Gained unique and extreme knowledge of snow sports products and became a master at customizing and fitting. Responsible for athlete budgets, products and communication as well as coaches, staff and national club support.
