* Senior Project Manager for the Programme team, NI Water Business Intelligence Unit. * Delivering Digital Transformation and Change Management projects* Planning, organizing and directing data driven projects to meet customer, company, stakeholder expectations inline with PC (price control) targets. * Work closely with multiple stakeholders to include, director level, Capital Delivery, heads of business units, data analytics division, consulting companies, contractors, external etc... * Build business case and PID (project initiation document).* Leveraged by business functions to lead projects through to completion to create new business metrics which focuses on improved CX (customer experience), reduced operational costs, process improvement, improved service output, efficient energy consumption, cost management and more. * Lead project manager on multiple projects at anyone time, responsible from customer initiation to successful project close. * Delivering digital transformation projects by focusing on process, customer, data, technology and risks. Moving from customer needs to product development to UAT (user acceptance testing), leading to BAU (business as usual) and customer/user performance tracking for continued improvement. * Regular project reporting to EC project board on progress, risk and cost management, governance and compliance targets (when applicable), project outcomes, next steps etc... * PowerBI, GIS, Corporate Asset Register, Service Management Software, Microsoft Project, Mobile Workforce Management, Click, Telemetry, Excel, Teams etc* Point of contact for stakeholders.* Continued collaboration to ensure project team members remain focused and on track, building the smaller goals into the larger project aims.* Address any bottlenecks, asset, technical, cost, resource issues.* Day to day focus on monitoring of project(s), staying in front of the work.
