As the lead in operations at Crown Dental Group, I am in charge of business development through optimizing the day to day in our dental offices. I worked with the community to improve nutrition and overall health in Erie County in this Temp position for the summer. I taught children at community centers the importance of daily nutrition, and show them ways to incorporate better health into their lives. During this position, I taught structure, respect and social interaction with all of my students.

During my internship, I worked closely with the Exercise Physiologists, Nutritionist, and Health Coaches to perform physical fitness assessments, such as the six minute walk test, ebbeling treadmill test, and the functional movement screen, to be able to create an individualized exercise training program for each client. I organized the work schedule for 10-15 employees each week. I trained 1+ new employee per month. I was a cashier as well for pick-up orders. I served 100+ people per night, including hostess, and busser. I enjoyed communicating to regular customers each week.
