As the lead in operations at Crown Dental Group, I am in charge of business development through optimizing the day to day in our dental offices. My duties include creating and implementing new protocol, management of employees, creating new roles and optimizing existing roles in the practices to streamline patient protocol, basic accounting and reporting on business growth, and managing cashflow of the businesses. I hold the offices to Crown's standard of protocol while also creating new ways to grow each department. I work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer and owners to align their goals with each office.

I currently manage 20+ dental accounts on a day to day basis. I am constant communication with the dentist and the staff to ensure that they are kept up to date on their marketing campaigns, and answer any questions that they may have. I track their incoming calls from each campaign, listen to the phone calls, and train staff on the "hard to answer" questions. I also track the patients' rate of acceptance for treatment to determine the success of each campaign. I analyze the data that we track to report and build solutions to the problems in the data. Quarterly, we plan implementation of changes to increase the following quarter's revenue based on data analytics. I also assist with business administration and development for the business. My duties include employee management, HR, creation of new standard operating procedures to ensure a continual company growth, creating and hiring for new positions and motivating employees for optimal efficiency. I would like to note that I started my position when the company was only a few months old and I have helped out in almost all of the departments in the company as many start ups need someone to wear many hats. I enjoyed learning about each department and developing well rounded skills in data analytics, web development, project management, campaign management and media buying. I have experience with presentation building and public speaking when attending and host seminars.

I developed my communication skills by greeting customers, and sharing my knowledge of the brewery and the craft beer. I have learned about 50+ different house made brews, informed guests about the craft beer, and recommended beer/food to customers based on their individual preference. I demonstrated my organizational abilities by coordinating banquets for 100+ guests.

I worked with the community to improve nutrition and overall health in Erie County in this Temp position for the summer. I taught children at community centers the importance of daily nutrition, and show them ways to incorporate better health into their lives. During this position, I taught structure, respect and social interaction with all of my students in a classroom setting during my lessons. I also provided nutrition and SNAP education for the community at local farmers markets, including food demonstrations and educational handouts for lower socio-economic communities.

During my internship, I worked closely with the Exercise Physiologists, Nutritionist, and Health Coaches to perform physical fitness assessments, such as the six minute walk test, ebbeling treadmill test, and the functional movement screen, to be able to create an individualized exercise training program for each client. The goal was to create a lifestyle change for each client to improve their quality of life through the concept "exercise is medicine." We used this in practice to assist patients with health complications such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, dyslipidemia, hypertension, etc. to reduce medication use, decrease chronic disease, increase mobility, and have an overall healthier life through fitness and nutrition.

I organized the work schedule for 10-15 employees each week. I trained 1+ new employee per month. I was a cashier as well for pick-up orders. I served 100+ people per night, including hostess, and busser. I enjoyed communicating to regular customers each week.

I trained 3-4 clients each week for weight loss, strength, and cardio-respiratory endurance. I also helped organize monthly health and wellness programs for students and faculty on campus. I administered fitness assessments to each client at the beginning and end of each training program to measure results.
