Lead Project Analyst
CurrentManaged multiple projects simultaneously across multiple LOBs using project management techniques such as requirements gathering, evaluating feasibility, cost benefit analysis, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, scope management, change management, documentation, risk management, and monitoring performance.Maintained stakeholder relationships horizontally and vertically in the organization by effectively facilitating meetings, acting with urgency, communicating regularly, identifying and escalating risks as needed, and exhausting all options before providing recommendations.Impact of individual projects to Ally’s bottom line was millions of dollars, materially driving the achievement of commitments made by senior leadership. An example of my persistence in delivering results is what I'll refer to as the '123 project' that I led. There was a letter that Ally sends notifying the customer when they are being reported to the credit bureaus for negative reporting. Due to an oversight during an enormous system upgrade in the auto servicing area, there was going to be a change from a current configuration to a default configuration for how the letter gets triggered, resulting in what would have been a $2+ million reduction in committed savings for 2020. After numerous iterations of communicating to resolve misunderstandings and raise support, overcoming serious resource issues and system limitations, and even escalating as an urgent risk when appropriate, this project is now finally ready to deploy at the beginning of 2020 with the unified support of all stakeholders.
