• Manage a customer portfolio of approximately 25 Safety customers with total ARR of ~$6M.• Manage and guide the customer success journey ensuring maximum product usage and tangible value resulting from the utilization of the application.• Provide subject matter expertise for Safety, Industrial Hygiene & Environmental workflows and processes.• Responsible for recognizing and understanding customer needs and business requirements to determine how the product can be leveraged to meet those needs.• Work with customers to find new opportunities to extend their use of the application within their organization, provide insight, demonstrate functionality to lead the customer to additional adoption / purchases.• Build relationships with key personnel and understand the requirements of various user types to leverage the product to reach required KPIs or data endpoints.• Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product and Marketing teams to advocate for customers and relay customer needs regarding the application.• Provide exceptional customer service delivery during every customer interaction using the ‘Customer First’ mentality.

Oversee and implement the industrial hygiene program and develop and implement sampling strategies.1. Conduct all hazard assessments and agent monitoring2. Develop and maintain designated substances control programs. 3. Investigate concerns and/or issues as identified on site.4. Maintain Medgate occupational hygiene data management system 5. Liaise with Ministry of Labour as required.6. Provide data for WSIB claims and various requests.7. Provide assistance with heat stress management program.8. Provide assistance with muscular skeletal disease management program.9. Conduct hazard review for new products.10. Conduct and document risk assessments and job hazard analyses. 11. Maintain and update material safety data sheets; provide WHMIS labels. 12. Implement Hearing Conservation Program and associated noise monitoring.13. Conduct WHMIS audits and noise surveys. 14. Develop and manage I.H. budget.Work in supporting a healthy work environment to promote an accident-free workplace. Comply with federal and provincial acts and regulations, and legal requirements. Adhere to all relevant corporate policies and procedures.

Environmental Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the water sampling program, conducting compliance sampling, groundwater sampling and waste water sampling programs. Maintain and update the Emergency Spill Response plan and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Assist in spill reporting and spill clean-up.Prepare and submit annual reports to the National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI) and the Toxics Reductions Act (TRA).Oversee the effluent reporting to government agencies and liaise with the Ministry of the Environment and Environment Canada representatives as required.
