Biyolojik Bilimler için Bir E-Eğitim Platformu ve Bir Biyoenformatik Portalı.Bioinforange, 20.03.2020 tarihinde Mehmet Çalıseki tarafından kurulan, Türkiye’deki öğrencilere nitelikli Türkçe bilimsel kaynaklar sunmayı amaç edinen hiçbir kâr amacı gütmeyen ve ekibinin tamamı öğrencilerden oluşan bir bilim platformudur.Platformun kuruluşundan itibaren, biyoenformatik başta olmak üzere birçok biyolojik bilim dalını konu alan bilimsel derleme yazıları, bilimsel haberler, kısa bilimsel notlar, bilimsel dergiler ve akademik rehber içerikleri paylaşılmıştır. Bu içeriklere ek olarak biyolojik bilim konuları ve programlama dilleri hakkında eğitim amaçlı video içerikleri hazırlanarak bilimseverlere sunulmuştur. Değerli akademisyenlerin ve bilim insanlarının katılımı ile birçok seminer ve kongre de gerçekleştirilmiştir. 23.08.2021 tarihi itibari ile Bioinforange markası 41. sınıf hizmetler içerisinde (‘Eğitim ve öğretim hizmetleri, sempozyum, konferans, kongre ve seminer düzenleme, idare hizmetleri, dergi, kitap, gazete v.b. gibi yayınların basıma hazır hale getirilmesi, okuyucuya ulaştırılmasına ilişkin hizmetler’) Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu tarafından tescillenmiştir.Bioinforange ekibinde güncel olarak yurt içinde ve yurt dışında bulunan 80 üzeri farklı üniversiteden doktora, yüksek lisans ve lisans seviyesinden 100 kişi üzerinde gönüllü öğrenci bulunmaktadır.‘’Bilim paylaştıkça güzel, bilim paylaştıkça ilerler.’’ düşüncesi ile ülkemizde bilim paylaşımı adına çalışmalarımızı sürdürmekteyiz.

Structural Biology!I am carrying out my PhD thesis studies at TARLA under the supervision of Dr. Burak Veli Kabasakal. In my thesis, I am working on the production and purification of a membrane protein complex responsible for the quality control of membrane proteins in bacteria and revealing the three-dimensional structure of this complex.

An E-Learning Platform for Biological Sciences and a Bioinformatics Portal.Bioinfocodes is the sub-platform of the Bioinforange platform founded by Mehmet Çalıseki on 20.03.2020, where scientific and educational content in English is shared. It is a non-profit science platform that operates for the purpose of sharing science and its team consists entirely of students.Since the establishment of the platform, scientific review articles, scientific news, short scientific notes, scientific journals and academic guide contents on many biological sciences, especially bioinformatics, have been shared. In addition to these contents, educational video contents on biological science topics and programming languages have been prepared and presented to science lovers. Many seminars and congresses were also held with the participation of academicians and scientists. Bioinfocodes brand has been registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.The Bioinforange team currently includes more than 100 volunteer students from over 80 different universities in Turkey and abroad at the doctoral, graduate and undergraduate levels.With the idea of ''Science is beautiful as it is shared, science progresses as it is shared'', we continue our work on behalf of science sharing in our country.

During the COVID19 pandemic, I worked on the design and recombinant production of mutant Spike protein variants of the SarsCov2 virus in human cell culture, the production of a pseudo-virus with Spike protein.

At Sabancı University, I worked as a teaching assistant in the course on Scientific and Technical Communication. I also worked as a laboratory assistant in the plant physiology course.
