My current work experience as an IT Support Technician for the last 4.5 years, along with a diploma in Network Administration has provided me with technical knowledge and skills. I have a keen interest in information technology and I constantly update my technical knowledge and skills. My impeccable customer service skills, and previous work experiences has equipped me with the ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds. My professional and courteous demeanor has been recognized and acknowledged on numerous occasions by my co-workers. At Vpi I provided IT support to 300+ staff members, and clients daily. I received yearly recognitions for going above and beyond the call of duty. I am a very diligent, proactive, and adaptable worker.At VAS, we setup, maintain and manage the network infrastructure for over 50 various clients/businesses. We also provide IT support to these various businesses/Companies.
