Current- Entered all new hires into the HR and payroll system, completing 18 hires in half a day. - Played a lead role in the first day onboarding process, working with new employees explaining and collecting employment and benefits documents along with reviewing I-9s and processing E-verify.- Assisted - Conducted random and job-required drug screens, and also assisted in processing pre-employment background checks and drug screens.- Maintained updated HRIS system documenting disciplinary actions, training records, accidents, and 90-day and 1-year reviews.- Manage employee appreciation efforts (birthday cards and 1st anniversary hardhats).
