Remarkably, this adventure included a streak of 82 consecutive days on the slopes, all while completing a remote semester at MIT and training for a football season. As a former football player, I now enjoy watching the sport from the sidelines, embracing my retirement from contact sports with the same zeal I once played with. We innovatively combined mobile technology and artificial intelligence to create a mindfulness meditation application and an online web server. These tools provide audio content for psychotherapy and general mental health wellness, designed with a flexible architecture for future project scalability.Our application features clinical assessments for disease screening and a chat bubble utilizing a pre-existing NLP algorithm to identify signs of depression. By analyzing data such as file access history, user mood changes from assessments, and NLP model outcomes, we provided clinicians with a robust platform for quantitative research in this emerging field.ThoughtLine.org, the culmination of our efforts, offers a user-friendly smartphone and web interface, supported by our DockMed containerized server infrastructure.
