Miguel is a first-year graduate student pursuing his Master of Public Administration with a graduate certificate in Program Evaluation at Arizona State University. As a proud first-generation Latino college student he is passionate about public service and advocacy. He is driven by social justice and responsible governance which fuels his desire to pursue a career in executive management in local government. Miguel is a member of the ASU Marvin Andrews and Jane Morris Fellowship, currently serving as the Management Intern for the Town of Gilbert. Additionally, he is serving as the Management Intern for the ASU Watts College Recruitment Department. While still maintaining his interest in academic research, he is also a Graduate Research Fellow for the Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD).A skilled leader in research and public affairs, he hopes to seek opportunities that expand his interpersonal skills and expose him to new opportunities within the public sector. He also aspires to continue with his academic studies and one day pursue a PhD.
