• Main responsible and Controller of the Warehouse(Fiscal & E-com) & Logistics.• Main partner of P&L of the Decathlon Warehouse(Fiscal & E-com) & Logistics.• Perform and manage analysis with using HFM, Bluegate, Eone other Hyperion Modules.• Weekly, monthly, annually performance reporting, stock and margin analysis with SAP.• Prepare and track monthly/annual budget, forecast and strategic business plans, daily Piloting tracking• Supervising the monthly/annual closing of accounts and the audit covenant in compliance with the deadlines• Reporting of monthly results, analyzing and supervising the action plans where needed• Fixed Assets & Investments calculations• Construction Benchmark, supporting the Warehouse Team in new warehouse opening.• Business KPI follow-ups, maintain the accuracy integrity and consistency of the data and financial statements.• Follow up the profitability and the value creation of the logistic and warehouse activity.
